9mins to Downtown GR | Hot Tub | Fire Pit | Pet Friendly | Foos Ball | Ping Pong

We came for a family vacation with our two young boys and our dog. The house was fully stocked with everything you'd need - dishes, cookware, coffee, shampoo/conditioner. The backyard is very spacious and was a perfect spot to kick back and relax in our afternoons after spending the mornings sight seeing. Only 40 minutes from Saugatuck Dunes, and 15-20 minutes from John Ball Zoo and the Grand Rapids children's museum makes this a nice middle point for those wanting to take in both outdoor and city activities.

Great stay in a lovely home! The hot tub was hot and ready for us, and the home was very clean and organized. Communication was always open and check-in/out was very easy. Downtown is only a 10 min drive away, and this location felt safe. Would highly recommend staying here!

The house was great and had a variety of activities to keep my teens busy. We did have to rewash the sheets but that was it. The hosts were very responsive to any issue we had. There was a nice bird nest in the backyard we enjoyed watching. The Mother bird was nesting on some eggs.

What a great house! It was beautiful, clean, homey, and comfortable, and the basement game room was a treat! The host was responsive and quick to arrange repairs when the thermostat went out on the water heater. Our only disappointment was that it was too hot to use the hot tub :( Recommend!

House was well maintained and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Location is a quick drive to downtown Grand Rapids. Would highly recommend!
